The Internet

So many people who don't use the internet are quick to condemn it. I stopped telling my mother when I would go to meet people because it got to the point where I would have to tell her at 5:00pm because at 9:00pm we would still be debating the safety of it. Okay here is my take. What is the difference in meeting someone off the internet that having a blind date with someone. I even think its a bit safer, cause in most cases you will know more about the person from the internet that you will the blind date. Life is full of chances and there could be an ax murderer anywhere.

The internet has brought alot of interesting people in and through my life. My second lover came into my life as the result of MIRC. I have gotten two free trips to California due to the internet. I have won money off the internet. Lots of good things. I have also had to reload my computer system about 10 times due to viruses that slip through my programs. There are lots of bad things there too.
